HTC Asserts Additional Patents in Proposed Certain Electronic Devices Investigation
On September 7, 2011, HTC Corp. submitted an amendment to its complaint filed on August 16, 2011 with the ITC. The amended complaint asserts five additional patents against the sole proposed respondent, Apple, Inc. The newly asserted patents include U.S. Patent Nos. 6,708,214, 6,473,006, 7,289,772, 6,868,283, and 7,020,849.
