New Complaint Filed By LG Electronics
LG Electronics Inc. filed a letter on February 4, 2011, requesting that the International Trade Commission conduct an investigation under section 337 covering Certain Digital Televisions and Components Thereof. The proposed respondents are: Sony Corporation, Sony Corporation of America, and Sony Electronics, Inc.
