No. 337-TA-730, In the Matter of Certain Inkjet Supplies and Components Thereof. These respondents failed to respond to the Complaint and Notice of Investigation, submit discovery requests, or reply to the Order to Show Cause issued on December 8, 2010. The Commission investigative staff supported this motion.
