ALJ Essex issued an initial determination granting Chimei Innolux Corp., Chi Mei Optoelectronics USA, Innolux Corp. (collectively "CMI") and Sony Corp., Sony Corp. America, Sony Electronics, Inc., and Sony Computer Entertainment America, LLC (collectively "Sony") joint motion to terminate the investigation based on a settlement agreement in In the Matter of Certain Liquid Crystal Display Devices and Products Interoperable with the Same, Inv.
