On December 22, 2010, ALJ Carl Charneski issued the public version of his Order denying respondents Spansion, LLC and Spansion, Inc.’s motion for summary determination that the asserted claims of U.S. Pat. No. 5,740,065 are not infringed or, in the alternative, invalid for indefiniteness. Inv. No. 337-TA-685, Certain Flash Memory and Products Containing Same.
