On May 14, 2010, the Commission determined not to review an Enforcement Initial Determination of ALJ Charneski finding a violation of the limited exclusion order by sole respondent Advanced Analogic Technologies, Inc. of California, in Inv. No. 337-TA-564, Certain Voltage Regulators, Components Thereof, and Products Containing Same. The complainant is Linear Technology Corporation of California, and the patents at issue are U.S. Patent Nos. 6,411,531 and 6,580,258.
