ALJ Essex Issues Initial Determination Terminating Investigation on the Basis of Settlement Agreement
On May 14, 2010, ALJ Theodore Essex terminated Inv. No. 337-TA-691, Certain Inkjet Ink Supplies and Components Thereof, as to respondent SmartOne Services LLC d/b/a InkForSale.net on the basis of a settlement agreement with complainant Hewlett-Packard Company. The ALJ found that termination of the investigation does not impose any undue burdens on the public health and welfare, competitive conditions in the United States economy, or United States consumers.
