Notice of Commission Determination Not to Review ID Terminating Investigation
On March 2, 2010 the Commission issued its determination not to review the initial determination of ALJ Rogers’s initial determination in consolidated Inv. Nos. 337-TA-667 and 337-TA-673, In the Matter of Certain Electronic Devices Including Handheld Wireless Communication Devices and granted a motion to terminate the consolidated investigation in their entirety on the basis of settlement agreements.
