On March 11, 2010 the Commission issued notice of its determination not to review an initial determination of presiding ALJ Bullock terminating Inv. No. 337-TA-699, In the Matter of Certain Liquid Crystal Display Devices and Products Containing the Same on the basis of a settlement agreement. The complainants is Samsung Electronics Co.
