Notice of Ground Rules, Dates for Submission of Discovery Statements
On March 30, 2010, Chief ALJ Luckern issued notice of ground rules and dates for submission of discovery statements in Inv. No. 337-TA-708, In the Matter of Certain Stringed Instruments and Components. Chief ALJ Luckern directed complainants and respondents to submit a discovery statement on or before April 30, 2010 and put the parties on notice that a preliminary conference will be held on May 25, 2010.
