On February 23, 2010, ALJ Bullock issued an initial determination terminating Inv. No. 337-TA-699, In the Matter of Certain Liquid Crystal Display Devices and Products Containing the Same. Complainant Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and respondents Sharp Corporation, Sharp Electronics Corporation, and Sharp Electronics Manufacturing Company of America jointly moved to terminate the Investigation following the execution of settlement and licensing agreements.
