Initial Determination on Section 337 Violation
ALJ Rogers issued the public version of his October 14 ,2009 initial determination that a violation of section 337 occurred in Inv. No. 337-TA-665, In the Matter of Certain Semiconductor Integrated Circuits and Products Containing Same. ALJ Rogers found that a violation of section 337 occurred in connection with U.S. Patent Nos. 5,646,434; 5,213,670; 5,851,899 and 6,495,918, belonging to complainant Qimonda AG.
