Notice of Commission Determination
On November 4, 2009, the Commission issued public notice of October 23, 2009 determination that no violation of section 337 occurred in Inv. No. 337-TA-619, In the Matter of Certain Flash Memory Controllers, Drivers, Memory Cards, and Media Players and Products Containing the Same.
