ALJ Rogers Denies Motion for Summary Determination of Invalidity of Claims
On November 16, 2009, ALJ Rogers denied respondent Sidergas SpA’s motion for summary determination of invalidity of claims 3, 4, 6, 12, and 13 of U.S. Patent No. 6,708,864, held by complainant Lincoln Electric Company and Lincoln Global, Inc.
