ALJ Charneski Modifies Target Date and Procedural Schedule
On September 2, 2009, ALJ Charneski issued an Initial Determination modifying the procedural schedule and target date in the enforcement proceeding Inv. No. 337-TA-564, In the Matter of Certain Voltage Regulators, Components Thereof and Products Containing Same.
