A Limited Exception to the Protective Order Granted
On August 10, 2009, ALJ Rogers granted respondents’ motion for a limited exception to the protective order to provide an ALJ’s order to a district court in a parallel proceeding in Inv. No. 337-TA-673, In the Matter of Certain Electronic Devices, including Handheld Wireless Communications Devices. The order to be provided to the district court addressed respondents’ motion concerning judicial enforcement of a subpoena served on a non-party law firm.
